Interview Questions
- What are your strengths? Weaknesses?
- I am very strategic, results oriented, hard working and driven. I do not settle, I always strive for what seems to be unachievable goals and make sure I hit them.
It has been said that I am very demanding and intolerant of sub-par performers/performances. I like to surround myself with people who are motivated by success and achieving exceptional results, rather than just working to get by or earn a paycheck. If this is a weakness, I am guilty. I am however, very supportive of my team and work to help them develop their skills.
- Why did you choose this career?
- I like direct response and multi-channel marketing because of the analytical nature of the business, as well as the quick and quantitative feedback you get for your campaigns. I enjoy being part of shaping marketing strategies and campaigns that drive consumer awareness and demand.
